GOLA Foundation is a local equal opportunity for all NGO with no political or religious affiliations in rendering its services, GOLA Foundation’s Head Quarters are based in Mwanza with zonal programmes in Arusha & Dar Es Salaam Tanzania. GOLA’s main mission is to promote community based interventions that seeks to address most felt needs in the areas of socio-economic development for vulnerable populations, we work with both local as well as central government authorities, private entities, individuals, volunteers (both local as well as international) like minded institutions to harness the effectiveness of minimum available resources for greater outcomes.
GOLA Foundation was found in the year 2014 and since then it as served and benefited more that 3,024 Youth and Women as well as their immediate and extended families through its four main projects namely; 1. ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATION AND PRESERVATION FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, 2. VOCATIONAL & LIFESKILLS TRAINING FOR YOUTH, 3. SAVINGS AND LENDING ASSOCIATION PROMOTION, 4. DRUGS & SUBSTANCE ABUSE PREVENTION, TREATMENT, CARE & SUPPORT FOR YOUTH.
